ORDER

It is strongly recommended to make an appointment and come into the office to prepare your Portfolio, to have all your questions answered. To order and prepare your Living Trust Portfolio by telephone, call (866) WILL-LAW toll free, or (310) 319-9199. We will either be able to provide the interview session with the attorney at that time, or schedule a mutually convenient time. The interview usually lasts 45 minutes to an hour. The process is not difficult at all, and often results in a great feeling of relief from knowing that everything is now organized in one place, in proper legal form, and with nothing to worry about any longer.

The base fee for a Living Trust Portfolio is $1,200.00. That includes all the documents and provisions mentioned in these pages, plus instructions and other information. Your consultations and interview are always with the attorney.

If your main residence is outside of California, we plan to use all our expertise, staff and experience in helping you, as we do for our California clients. We are very focused on ethical issues, and cannot provide you with specific legal advice during our consultation, due to attorney licensing policies. However, you will receive the complete Living Trust Portfolio which is in compliance with the laws of your state.

Preparation of deeds transferring up to four pieces of real property into your Living Trust is included. Additional deed preparation is $150.00 per property.

To prepare the new deeds, we need to be able to look at your old deed. If you cannot find it, we can perform a search for you and get a copy of the deed from the County Recorder’s Office. It is usually $50.00 for this search. Feel free to call if you have a question about a deed.

Please call (866) WILL-LAW toll free, or (310) 319-9199 to gain more information, schedule an appointment, and prepare your portfolio.
